So, Sunday saw us at Caitlin's party at the Safra chalets! Real funn, I got to wear my very nice sundress, but it was scorching hot. SERIOUSLYYYYYYYY. Even in an aircon room I was trying not to perspire. >.> I think Singapore needs some sort of cold climate. Anyway, here are some pictures! So, when dad came home today, he said that a couple told him that they saw a 6 foot python. Not sure if it was exactly a python, but they said they saw one. Dad came home, rushed to put down his bag and stuff, and went out with a torchlight. Shauna and i, being the very kpo ones, followed him. I rushed to go get the camera, because if we did see the snake, i would want to have a picture at least. But in the end, we didn't find anything. Shame, cos seeing that snake would have been the most interesting thing i would have done today. On the bright side, we saw a couple of snails, and a frog. Enjoy.

After eons of having not blogged, I finally brought out my dad's camera with me to take photos of my outing with some friends. We went to CafeMinds or something where we played some games and had dinner. We played some game with the sticks, coconut tree and monkeys.. And we also played taboo which was really fun =) Reminds me of when we play Dee's place and have awesome dessert ^.^ AND WINE! can't ever forget the moscato =D From cold storage no less. Well, I see that I haven't blogged in ages. >.> Totally forgot about it to be honest. Couple that with the fact that I don't have a camera, and it becomes worse. Getting pictures from Audrey is rather difficult, both our forgetfullness and laziness being the faults.

But, I will update on what's been happening lately when i get pictures from Audrey. So, faretheewell, and we shall meet anon.. (or would "on the morrow" have been better?)

But i got the pictures from someone else, because my parents and dee couldn't get in because i didn't know it was a private party, and they needed and invite. Which they didn't have of course.

But Mark managed to stay inside, because he was with me the whole time. From doing my hair in the morning, till the time the show started, all through rehearsals and everything. Thanks babes =) So he managed to see me strut, but no pictures from him because his phone camera wasn't good enough. But anyway, here are the pictures =)

Soooo today was Onyx's birthday! And daddy brought home a strawberry cheesecake for him! It's for dogs of course.. But, Lexi had some, and Onyx had the most..But we also saved a piece for Dolche! Tuffy's dog. It looked really yummy..Haha Flora and i tried the strawberry, and it tasted like normal strawberries. But the cheesecake was obviously for dogs because it had less sugar..We didn't try it of course. =P

Well, i know this is kinda late, but oh well. IM GONNA POST IT ANYWAY. So, on saturday the 1st of November, i went to Dannel's halloween party. I dressed as a witch! Dannel so kindly provided the hat.. THANKS DANNEL! So anyway, Miss Audrey Lange was supposed to come with me, but then she had a touch rugby game! So she couldn't come. But, it was sweet of her to call and see how i was doing, seeing as how she totally bailed on me. Thanks Aud =) Very nice of you. I'm not being sarcastic by the way. It really was sweet of you to call and see how i was doing. =)

So in the end, I didnt wanna go alone..So I brought Thomas with me! Nice of him to come on such short notice! So anyway, i didnt take that many pictures..So you're just gonna have to deal with what little i have..

In the middle of the party, Daddy and Flora showed up bringing chicken wings and FOUR CHEESES pizza!!!! They also brought a bottle of wine! Very nice of them =D So thats why they're in some of the pictures..

Australia 2008, part 2 (Margaret River)

HOOOOOKKKAAAYYYY. So, this post is the sequel to the first post from my trip to Perth. These are the pictures we took whilst in Margaret River, and Augusta. We missed the migration of the blue whales and the humpback whales by about 2 weeks. We were too early. But, that didn't stop us from seeing dolphins, and how annoying, it was during lunch. We kept cutting off our meal, and running to the shore, in order to get some nice shots of them. When we were in the restaurant, the dolphins came really close to the shore, and they were actually half out of the water. However, when we decided to go down to the shore (we ran by the way), they swam out, and we had to stand at the end of the jetty just to capture them on camera. Even then, they were too far out for us to have a really nice shot. Pity.

The shots of them in my blog aren't that great, because i was using a digital camera, and they come out of the water fast, and submerge just as fast. A digi isn't good enough to capture a stupendous shot. Corey got it on the video camera anyway, so it wasn't a total waste.

It was also kinda cool, that i got to see a dolphin fin while daddy was driving to Perth city. Theres this river right smack in the middle of Perth, and there are dolphins living there. However, it is really a rare sight to see dolphins emerging because they hardly do. I got the privilege to see a fin when we were on the way to the city.

At Margaret River, we visited the Jewel cave, and there are pictures if you scroll down and take a look, of the stalagmites and stalagtites (i stand corrected if spelling is wrong, which it probably is). That was really fun, because we got to see a cave which has been evolving for thousands of years. There was also a skeleton, which is 500 years old, of a possum or some sort of similar animal (can't remember which animal exactly). It managed to get itself into the cave, and couldn't find a way out, so it died there, from starvation most likely.

We visited lots of vineyards, and of course, the Chocolate Factory. They had lots of nice chocolates, nuts covered in a thin layer of chocolate, chocolates with alcohol, and many other varieties. It was delicious..

Driving back from Augusta, there was this super clear rainbow, not like the ones in Singapore, because the ones here, can hardly be seen because of all the HDB blocks which are blocking the sky -_- Look closely at one of the pictures because you'll be able to see another rainbow, right next to the clear one. That rainbow wasn't very vivid, but if you look close enough, you'll definitely be able to see it. So, that day, we saw a double rainbow. This is the first time, when we actually saw a complete rainbow. Because, it stretched from one side of the road, to the other. Too bad i couldn't take a picture of the whole thing, because it was raining, and it was extremely cold. One of the pictures shows one end of the rainbow, and it is the first time i've seen something like that. The colours were so clear at the end, and you could see the trees through the colours of the rainbow. It was amazing.

Also, while we were in Augusta, we saw the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. This lighthouse marks the meeting of two oceans, the Southern ocean, and the Indian ocean. The wind was so strong, and so cold, that we were actually freezing through all those layers of clothes that we wore. It really is a pity that we missed the migration of the blue whales and the humpback whales. That would have been awsome to see. I'm definitely going back there to witness it. It's not something you'll want to miss, really.

While we were at a brewery in Margaret River, we met this girl, who is about 9 or 11 (can't remember), and she had this gorgeous rag doll cat named Molly. Molly had the smoothest fur, and she was such a docile cat, a real sweetheart. Her owner was also a really sweet girl, who let all of us fawn over her cat. Both of them were sweethearts.

Before i forget, on the second day we were at Margaret River, Flora hooked us up with a stretch limo!! Complete with a driver and everything. It was really cool. There were wine glasses at the sides, and the windows were tinted.

Australia 2008 part 1

Finally, daddy brings back the camera, and now, I can finally blog about my holiday to Australia. More specifically, Perth.

Where do i start? Well, I'll start with shopping. I bought like, loads of clothes, a handbag, and some other trinkets from various shops. Supre was on my list of course, and i spent AU$97 there O.O

Before i get to the fun part of the trip though, there was one thing that happened there that i wouldn't care to remember, but unfortunately i will, for the rest of my life. We got into a car accident. It wasn't a very serious one, but an accident nonetheless. No one died, and no one got seriously injured. Poor Mark felt so guilty, but ultimately, I don't blame him, and I don't think other people do. So darling, its ok =)

We met up with our relatives, Aunty Joan, Diane and Janice, and their respective husbands, Uncle Brian, Dave, and Karl. Diane's 5 year old daughter kinda stole Mark away from me for a little while when we went over to the house to visit, because she wanted to play with someone, and i guess the most convenient person was Mark. >.>

Even though she stole him for about an hour altogether, she is still SO adorable. Charlie who is Janice's son, was equally cute, with super curly hair which i so love!!

I won't blog about Margaret River in this post, because that is a story on its own. After Margaret River though, I had about one week left in Perth, till i took that dreaded flight back to Singapore. The weather was quite cold, because winter just ended, and spring had arrived, and since Singapore is so hot, we found the spring season cold -_-

The weekend before Corey and i took the flight back, we went to the weekend Fremantle market, where Mark and i bought a gecko each! They are ornaments made of some sort of metal, and the can be hung on the wall. We also saw this guy flinging the boomerang, and it was so cool, because he did it with such ease. Mark thought it was cool immediately, (and so did i), and we went into the shop and bought one =) It actually works, but for it to actually come back to you, it must be flung the right way. It doesn't take that long to learn, but it does take practise.

On Saturday night, we went for dinner with some of Mark's friends, and some of his friend's friends. The food was alright, nothing super fantastic. I told myself to remember to bring the camera. But guess wad happened? >.> So, you won't be getting pictures of that night. Unless you count the ones Mark and i took at home in our going out clothes =P

We did take a half hour drive down to Swan Valley, where we had lunch, and took more pictures. We also visited many vineyards while we were in Australia, and not forgetting, the Chocolate Factory.

There's this thing called scratchies, which is super addictive. A couple of pictures of what it looks like have been posted in this blog. Theres like, a chance of winning lots of money, but obviously that doesn't come round very often >.> But, we did still win some. Like, 8 dollars, or 5 dollars. Those small amounts. But, if you stop and think about it, ultimately, we lost money instead of gaining, because you wouldn't believe the amount of scratchies we bought altogether.

I don't really have very much to say in this post, because the pictures we took kinda shows everything...=) So, enjoy the pictures.

SO. My econs exam went rather ok-ish. I'm not going to dwell on it anymore in case i go nuts thinking about it >.< ANYHOO. After my marketing exam, i can look toward going to Perth and seeing my darling again. These pictures are from the last trip there, when we took a drive down to Margaret River. We're going there again on this trip, and we will be joined by my daddy and Flora.

Hopefully they remember to bring their camera...>.< If not, we won't have any pictures. YES so i simply cannot wait till my marketing exam is over, cos then i can pack freely, and go buy my jacket from cotton on..I am really excited! Sometimes i feel like i can just burst.

Well, I haven't blogged in awhile..Just an update!! Daddy bought a new car..Not the white Beemer, but a second hand black Mercedes.. haha i don't have a picture as yet, but i will! haha so anyways!!

Mark left Singapore like, almost 3 weeks ago? Somehow, it seems longer...But i am going to Perth in about 2 weeks!! I can't wait!!! Anybody want anything from there? I'll be back in Singapore on like, the 29th of September..

Just last Saturday, we went for Pao's surprise party! But sadly, haha she already knew about it cos people told her accidentally or something..Anyway, omg my blog is so dead..I have exams coming soon! And i really desperately need help with micro and macro economics..PLEASE!!!! after my exams, i hop on a plane and go straight to perth!! Will get a camera, and will upload pictures =D

Yesterday saw the second year anniversary of Mark and me.. =) Two years have passed rather quickly huh? So, to celebrate, we went to Pete's Place. Its a restaurant at Orchard, but to be more precise, it is located at the Hyatt Hotel. Swanky, and filled with sinfully delicious food, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The service was impeccable as well, which made our night even that much better.

Even though he is leaving on Friday, I'm glad we had this chance, and the chance last year to spend two very special days together.

So, my daddy may be getting a new car!! Not certain yet, but this is what it will look like! Daddy has wanted to get a BMW for THE longest time, and he says he feels very manly driving it..HAHA well good for you daddy! It's white with a sunroof! The sunroof makes me feel so free..HAHA i know im not the one driving the car lah but OH WELL. The friend that is selling the Beemer to daddy bought a MASERATI!!!!!! how awsomely cools is that right?!?!?!?!!? OKOK i will not bore you with my rants any longer!! enjoy the pictures!!

Seriously, how self absorbed am i??????!?!?!??!!? I just wanna slap myself. Like, during my daddy's 50th birthday party, yes i didnt take many pictures, cos i wasn't using my camera to take pictures.. I couldn't hold onto it for long cos my sister is kinda selfish.. But for the few moments where i held onto it, i only took pictures of myself with someone else...And what's worse, if i took pictures of myself with someone else, nevermind... Wednesday saw the surprise party for my daddy's 50th birthday, and we all went to artery, a pub somewhere in tanjong pagar. Daddy came blindfolded, and after shouting "SURPRISE!", he was joined by his children, relatives, and work colleagues.

Cake was three tier, but the whole cake was made out of cupcakes. Good food, good fun, and good company. Here are some pics!

4 months,17 weeks, 121 days, 2904 hours, 174 240 minutes, 10 454 400 seconds... and my baby's coming back to me again :)

Distance does make the heart grow fonder, and you realise just how much love you have for one person alone when it all comes rushing back to you when you see that face smiling at you on the other side of the glass at the airport.

Time passes by really quickly, and 4 months have gone by in a flash. I cant wait! In 6 days, you'll see why :)

Hey ya'll, so anyway, realised i havent blogged in so many thousands of years... don't really have any new pics to put up, so to make this post more interesting, ill jus put up an old pic.

Anyway, just to let everyone know whats been going on in my life!!! haha im now schooling in SMa, (School of Management). its in the middle of bugis n city hall. it doesnt actually look like a school, more like a run-down office building. That's what it looks like on the outside. It looks better on the inside. Though, even though it doesnt look nice on the outside, it is a really good location. Reason? Its in the middle of bugis n city hall, the national library is right opposite the school, as in cross 1 small road and you're there, the nice bras basar food court is opposite as well. Good location eh? hahaha

Besides that, my lectures are alright, lecturers are pretty nice, and i gotta tell you, the syllabus is sooo much easier. i know i cant compare it, but the amount of stuff i had to study for O'levels is so much more than this diploma. The lecturers are nicer too -_- i could honestly say i was presently surprised at the difference in nature of the teachers in secondary school, and the lecturers in my school :D

The downside is that i don't get much holidays, only like 1 week or so, cause well, it is a one year diploma..And besides,it isnt as hard as everyone thinks it is (my dad for instance). I also have to endure night classes in Le Meridien Hotel, for the first 3 months or so. Because while im doing my diploma, im doing an extra certificate, which requires me to have night time classes as well as weekend classes (i know!), every week. coping so far. Will keep u guys updated :D

Good news this week, is that i got my new ipod! haha i've always wanted one, but it was never at the top of my priority list. thinking i can get myself one when i start working and have my own salary.haha

The first i heard of the melbourne shuffle was at Jon's party, where my friends mentioned it, i cant really remember who.. yesterday, shauna, audrey, flora and i went to watch the king and i musical. it was absolutely fantastic!!audrey and i had circle seats, but we were still able to see what was going on even though we were on the 4th floor. shauna and flora had box seats and they had a stupendous upfront view, where they could actually see the sweat on those people!and the lover of tuptim? had such a great body, that audrey and i could see it from where we were sitting! don't even talk about what shauna and flora could see man..hahaha anyway, it was absolutely wonderful and if you have a chance to watch it, go ahead because you will not be disappointed. the pics are just of us fooling ard in the car..the camera ran out of battery shortly after..

Hello people!! Ok!! looks like i haven't blogged in awhile..but anyway, on friday, we went to the Ritz Carlton for Pau's birthday!!!!It was so exciting!we were on the 22nd floor, and we had a perfect view of the city, and marina bay, the stage where the national day parade was held, was where the fireworks went off!!!it was PERFECT!!! pics will come soon after! hahaha the room was also gorgeous, and with the good company that was there, it made the experience even better. August 13th, December 8th, 31st July...What do all these dates have in common? They are the dates when we had to separate from each other, even if it was for just a little while...We managed 6 months away, almost 7, so 3 plus months won't really be that hard right?All we have to do is get back on track and get the hang of the webcam again...I am so grateful for the people who have been supporting me when i need the support the most, and those who are supporting us.Thank you...:)

Today was the day Tasha and Nicole Green went back to Melbourne...They were here for about three weeks i think? Yeah..And so, to day they went back..It wasn't as teary as last year when they first left, but it was still sad nonetheless..Good news to go back to when we're feeling down is that it would only be four months till they come down..The same as Mark...So yay! We can all have a reunion! Whoopee!! Anyway, here are some pics! Omg.. Did you know, that creamer will fall in blobs if a whole pile of it is there, and you drop small droplets of any liquid through a straw on top of it? TRY IT. Take a packet of creamer, pour it out in a pile, then take a straw and fill it a lil bit with like water or something.. Then drop the liquid in small droplets on top if it and see the results!!! :)

On saturday, mark, qing xiang (mark's fren) and i went to vivo to catch transformers! its a damn good show..seriously...im sorry..but its better than pirates of the caribbean..SERIOUSLY..mark and i are pirates fans but transformers is better..im gonna watch it again!!i absolutely LOVED it..the only downfall was that we got seats in row A...right in front..my neck hurt after that..so yeah..try to get seats at the back if you can...hahaha when we went in, we saw 3 seats at row F, so since nobody was sitting there, we decided to sit there..then, a short while later, an european woman and her child came in, and we apologised and moved down to the front row..kinda short lived but oh wells..at least we didnt make a fuss right?yup..

before that we went to eat at earle swensens..ITS NOT THE NORMAL SWENSENS...the only two differences? the ridiculous prices and the moderate tastes...it wasnt as nice as the normal swensens...so yeah.oh wells..we took more pics! after that, we hung out at the staircase after the movie, and awhile later, qing xiang went home, and mark and i rendezvous-ed at the sky park...we went into the shallow pool and just walked around..hahaha it was funn..then when we wanted to put our shoes back on, a cricket jumped out of mark's shoe! hahaha luckily it didn't get into mine..who knows how loud i would have screamed...anyway, i took a picture of the moon as well..it was the kind of moon where you see in vampire movies?yeah..surrounded by clouds and everything...you'll see..

On Sunday, Pao, Mark and myself went to watch Sinfonia Eroica, a dance choreographed by Michele Anne De Mey, Charleroi/Danses (Belgium). It was a really good dance, where at one part, one of the dancers held onto the flying fox handle on the rope? And she was on her tiptoes, and she kept on spinning...with her toes on the ground.. she just kept spinning..it was so cool..And the last part was the best because they were splashing water on the stage, and the dancers were gliding on the water...The three of us were complaining because it looked like so much funn and we wanted to do it..but OH WELLS. so here are some pics of us...oh...and can somebody tell me why the 7/11 is closed?

the resemblance of the cat i saw at the boat making place in Terengganu and my cat is is quite similar..the only huge difference is the fact that my cat is bulbous and the other cat is not...their colours are a little different..my cat being grayer and the other cat being whiter..They both have blue eyes (my cat doesnt have blue eyes in the picture because the flash went off),grey lines on their heads,almost the same colour down the middle of their noses,and the things similar that are not in the picture,almost the same length of their tails (both long),almost the same colour of their tails and their ears...yup..so majorly cool..i almost went berserk when i saw the cat..hahaha oh wells..

We just came back from Terengganu with the school...actually,it was with the malay class...The sec 2s,3s and 4s....so right,we did all sorts of stuff...like go to the turtle sanctuary,visit the waterfall,the orphanage,river cruise, and we also got to see how the batek and songkets are weaved,how the big kites are made,how ships are built and more..well,there are pics!beautiful sunsets,wonderful people i was with,and more...Enjoy! omg...one other thing..the people there are so weird..this group of guys were following us when we were at the pasar malam,and they were so scary..we got scared and started running..they kept looking at us all weirdly too...and one guy,asked me where we're from, and then i said singapore...then he said "you wanna stay with me?" and i gave him this look and started walking away wit audrey and sonia and lisa ...like eew right? but anyway...pics galore!

Omg..this pic is just seriously damn gross..its like,a lizard thingamajic,which is DEAD..i think it got like run over by a car or something...but anyway,it got like so squashed,that its eggs all like came out...and this raoul,went to go and pick the thing up..he threatened to come near me with the bloody thing,and it was quite hard to run away backwards..because it just so happened that there were all these cockroaches lying around..they just had to fog the damn place today huh?they cant even finish the job by cleaning the cockroaches..they were just left lying there..damn irritating trying 2 dodge e icky creatures...EEEEEEE just look at the pics..and you'll know what i mean..and you know,when raoul like picked the damn thing up,like by it's tail,the eggs like stuck to the ass of the lizard thingy..eeeee...and then,when he wanted to like stop carrying it,he just chucked it one side,and it made this slight *splat* noise..IT.WAS.GROSS.

Well today was really funn because it was my first day at work in CAFE OLIV!!!hahaha its at katong,near Holy Family Church.you guys should go there.prices are like pastamania prices...but the food is heavenly...try it!!:) well,here are pics after the job,with audrey and her sister jillian.so after we finished,we met jill and we went 2 eat supper..or more like jill ate chicken rice while audrey and i looked on..the reason why we weren't hungry was because after we finished working,audrey and i and the rest of the people working there got to eat off the menu.i had white mushroom pasta with thai cream sauce,megan had the beer-battered fish,and audrey had the teriyaki chicken.we all tasted each other's dishes and oh my goodness.IT WAS THE BOMB.so try it!:)

i cant even begin to describe how f***ing pissed off i am right now.Everything just has to happen at the wrong time doesn't it?like for example..mark only comes down during the holidays,which is from june till july, and from end of november till end of january...his birthday is in october,which happens just before he comes down,and i can't even celebrate it with him like on the day itself..my birthday is in february,and we can't celebrate it together because he'll be back in australia before we get the chance to celebrate it like on the day itself.

our anniversary day is on the 28th of july and even then we can't celebrate it...so you see,how unfortunate the dates just have to be..and if we do happen to have a performance for our SYF skit at The Arts House,mark won't be able to watch it because he would have returned to perth by then...sigh..guess you can't have it all huh?but wait...since when did the rules say i can't even have one?

Well hello! yesterday, was quite a funn night with Rachy, Aud, Zora, Chel and myself..hahaha there was some fashion show going onbut we weren't there for the fashion show...in fact, we didn't even know there was a fashion show till we got there -_- so much for that i guess... But anyway, we also didn't take much pics.. nvm there will be other chances..

But anyway, this is how it went down..we left my house to meet up with rachy and zenny, then to go there...met zora and chel on the way in the train....when we got there, omg...we had to wait in e queue for what seemed like forever..poor rachy was wearing heels...:S anyway,while we were walking around, the fashion show was still going on,and everybody was impatient to start...when they finally cleared the runway,everybody rushed to the middle...after awhile i started getting nauseous..the place was so packed and from the 2nd level it looked like some fungus moving ard...it was so packed, that from the top, i could only see heads moving...i'm so serious...

we awaited the arrival of my lovely mummy and lovely cousin at the end of it all because they were gonna drive us home.All in all, i think for me it was a disappointment..oh well,there will be other chances..anyway,denise and my mum sent chel back to her house and then zora back to her house, and then audrey and rachy to my house...they stayed over..

we slept at about 4 something,and the things is, we had to wake up at 6 plus to go to school by 8...how majorly exciting is that?well,we missed the 1st 2 hours,which was physics..because we overslept..we went for the later part though,which was bio..we were dead tired but we still went..thank goodness we went because we learnt alot on hereditry during bio..interesting topic...hmm..well,pics are up there..not much but oh well..STOP COMPLAININ MAN...hahah ok well tata!

Well, it's almost the end of the school term, and for the sec 4s, we don't really have much of a holiday at all. Its all going to be study, study, and MORE STUDY. Doesn't that just suck? Well, life isn't fair. Guess we just gotta change what we can and make do with what we have. The start of the holidays means the start of absolute mugging for me. I so don't want to be in that position at the beginning of next year crying because i flunked my Os badly and people not accepting me because of my miserable results. That will also force dad to travel through another round of sheer disappointment because we didn't do our best, and therefore make the effort that he's put in to pay for our education not even close to worthwhile.

Thus, i have made a promise to myself. This june holidays (which technically isn't a june holiday because of the amount of studying we have to do and the amount of times we have to go back to school), i will study and study and study. What's more, is that Mark is going to make sure i do it. Besides, he has his own work to do as well. So that helps to decrease distraction. So, looking at the june holidays as more of a study break than anything else, i will make that time useful for my own good. I want to see myself get far and i need to start NOW! omg i just realised that this post is so not even me at all..like no 'hahaha's or anything like that..

I also don't want to see my friends fall behind. I want to see every single one of my friends successful in life, and persevering and never giving up.

And here i end my reflection... haaa yes... But i do want to end it on a happy note.. Besides all of my problems, mostly school-based, i'm grateful that i have such a wonderful family. Although they can be very irritating at times, and we do have our little tiffs, we still manage to get along after that and cannot stay angry for long at each other.

Beside that, i'm also very grateful for the spectacular friends i have.They have always been there for me and even though we do also have our little tiffs, we still get along after that. Friends like Audrey, who is my best friend (besides Beverly who is still close to my heart even though we don't talk that much), Sonia, Paula, Lisa and so many more, who have shown me the true meaning of friendship.Thanks guys.. :)

And last, but certainly not the least, is my boyfriend Mark. He puts up with my irritations with astounding patience (my friends also do that.. no idea how these people do it). I never knew i could love someone so much. He has taught me so many things, and one of the most important things he told me was that its a choice to be happy. No matter how angry, or irritated, or sad i may be, he is always there (so are my friends) to support me and to back me up, and to keep reminding me that its a choice to be happy, and in the end its still my decision no matter how much he, or any of my friends help. thanks sweets :)

So, thanks to everybody who has helped me in one way or another in my life, because no matter how small, each and every one of you have made one or more differences in my life. That definitely made me who i am today.

It was really funn those 2 days, because i got to enjoy myself and have lots of funn...The only real downfall was just that i forgot to bring my camera BOTH days...how very irritating is that? Well hello everybody...it looks like i haven't blogged for a PRETTY long time....but oh wells..havent been able to go out lately...what with mid years and all..But anyhoo,exams are already over so WHOOPEE!! but there are still more to come...i guess we can only celebrate when 'O's are over...that will be the total highlight of my year...dat, and when Mark comes down in June...:D but anyway, news is dat DRAMA GOT GOLD FOR SYF!! hahaha ok kinda old news but since i haven't been on lately,might as well blog about it....so yes..i don't really have much to say for now...gonna clean out my cupboard soon...well,actually my drawers...i have nothing else to do and im feeling qutie so very bored...was feeling bored yesterday too...well,a girl can only read her book for so long rite?

n omg!!dee n mummy came over yesterday...mum stayed over...but dee stayed till quite late then she went home..but anyway,i made spaghettie with campbell's soup!!!hhahahaa i finally learnt how to turn on the stove...okok before you say anything,we don't haf that long gun lighter thingy,so we have to use that normal lighter people use to light cigarettes...so yes...burnt my hand a few times...it wasn't dat bad...dee says i need practice...so i guess im gonna be doing it for awhile...so then,when i finally get the hang of it,i can start learning how to cook!!!:) isn't that all so terribly exciting!!hahaha well,i'm excited even if you're not...well,actually,i can cook and wash rice,boil water,fry things after everything is inside the pot already...(but i guess anyone can do dat so i don't really think it's counted..)

now to tell every1 abt my thailand escapade!!!on e 10th of dec we went 2 bangkok...daddy,shauna,corey,dee n myself...mummy was 2 meet us in phuket on e 15th..but anyway!!!we had so much funn shopping in bangkok...my gosh i went MAD!!!hahahaha but i must also thank my godpa 4 giving me some money 4 christmas cuz i converted dat into baht n had extra money 2 spend!!!THANKS GODPA!!!hahahaha so anyway,had so much funn n bangkok den on e 3rd day,flew over 2 phuket where we had funn in e surf,sand n sun!!actually,not really much sun cuz it was mostly overcast...it rained a few times as well...but e food there was shiokedelicooos!!!!!epecially e prawn tom yam!!dammit!!we had tom yam every single day!!it was GREAT!!we also went snorkelling in e great blue ocean!!hahaha i think it was n ocean...hahahaha but we struggled wen we stopped off at e 2nd stop of e tour...everybody was scattered from e boat n my mum wud haf been i serious trouble if dee n jamie wasnt there 2 save her!!!i had 2 swim against e currents by myself....luckily i wasnt dat tired so i cud manage e currents but mummy was exhaused..especially after screaming my name cuz i was drifting further n further away from e boat...stupid currents...but we all got back safely...thank goodness...i wanted 2 see some black tip reef sharks as well,but dee n i didnt get e chance dis time...next time!!i think e next time i go 2 phuket,i wanna go wif mark... :D hahaha dat oughtta b funn..hahahaha

i m already back in singapore....but i did enjoy myself back in perth...did lots of shopping n spent lots of time with e 1 i love more den anything else in e world...i haf pics of us in margaret river,e gloucester tree...WHICH I CLIMBED!!!no regrets there...it was funn...n e birds which came 2 our hands 2 eat e bird seed,bread n cornflakes...so u shall see e pics!! we went 2 e lake cave n we saw salagmites n stalactites n there was dis table which was held up by 2 pillars...it was hanging above e water n it managed 2 support 3 teenagers hu were dancing on it on 1 of e tours....it was really amazing..we also drove 2 walpole on e 2nd day..n did e tree top walk n everything..n wen mark climbed up e gloucester tree on e 1st day,he got pics of a rainbow!!!we also went 2 e vineyard where we saw kangaroos but i didnt manage 2 take any pics of dem cuz they were 2 fast...dammit!!hahaha but yeah...n we also went 2 e lavender n berry farm cuz auny jasmine wanted her scones...n mark n i shared a pancake..very very nice...n yeah dats pretty much it 4 margaret river!look out 4 e next post which will b of us at e beach...bev is included n those shots cuz we went 2 e beach e day after she arrived...

hey everybody!yesterday we went 4 a halloween party n it was fancy dress so it was even more funn!!sonia chew went as wednesday from adams family,nicolette went as a dragqueen hitler,i went as sum sort of spanish gypsy,audrey went as e fairy queen,sonia pasupathy went as e ladybird queen,dineesha went as e disco diva,abigail went as paris hilton n rachael...e host of e party...went as KRAMER!!!!from seinfeld!!!it was absolutely funny...paulala went as NAPOLEON DYNAMITE!!hahahaha melissa went as jasper e candy ghost or sumthin..gwen went as a she man,n others went as devils n other things...we also went 4 e annual walk where we walk ard e neighbouhood n say HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2 everybody we met...it was fun..great food,n great friends 2 eat it wif...enjoy e pics!! oh yeah..kramer won e award 4 best costume,napoleon dynamite won n award 4 worst costume,i won n award 4 sexiest costume..n there were other awards but i forgot dem...we also had bobbin' apples...where u had 2 bite as many apples as u cud out of a tub of water...yup...n e decorations ard e house were really halloween-ish...

i haf good news!!i joined my music o level classes only abt 2 months ago..n had 2 rush n learn wad others had already learnt n were doing revisions...but anyway,i passed wif a C6 wif e help of my teacher..she greatly moderated everybody's marks...but anyway!she said dat she was pleasantly surprised at my results even though i joined e class almost a year late..she also said dat i haf great potential n she recommended me,along wif 3 other girls,2 take higher music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!isnt dat great??however,e normal music syllabus 4 next year is already confusing n scary at e same time....its very demanding n tedious..i hope i can cope next year..i haf 2...well..yeah im quite excited!yet scared..its exhilirating...

hey everybody!!ok now im like using MY OWN computer...daddy finally fixed it up...THANKS DADDY!!!!hahaa but anyway..on wednesday,audrey n paulalala followed me 2 my music o level class 4 awhile cuz dat day was juz 2 collect results n a briefing 4 next year's syllabus..so anyway,after dat we decided 2 go 2 sim lim square n get paula's mp4...but on e way there at e LRT station,there was dis weird chinese man hu wanted 2 follow us 2 where we were going...den audrey said dat we were meeting my daddy at bugis...it was a lie of course..n den he kept asking questions n den i said "hey i wan a curry puff..can we go down n get 1??"den we all agreed,very quickly mite i add,n we rushed down juz 2 get away from us..hahahaha den anyway,we went 2 go get sumthing 2 eat 4 real,den we went back up there 2 see if e guy was still there..thankfully he wasnt,n we got on e LRT n headed in e direction of sengkang...it was my 1st time on n LRT..it was funn..anyway,wen we got off e train at bugis,it was raining cats n dogs...n we walked in e rain anyway..so,after paula bought her mp4,we took so DAMN LONG 2 find a cab..n wen we finally found 1,e uncle was VERY nice...ALL cab drivers shud b like him...he was really very nice...dat was pretty much our day..yup!e weird part was e chinese guy,e happy part as finally getting in e taxi,4 paula it was buying her mp4...e angry part was getting DRENCHED in e rain..let me remind every1 dat wad we were wearing was our school uniforms..n therefore,everything under our blouse cud b seen cuz our blouse is WHITE..yup!!i shall post more posts very very soon!!i got lots 2 tell everybody..not like many people r reading my blog except 4 a few friends,n sumtimes edward.....but i will post them anyway...n sumtimes mischa..yup!tata

we spent our monday,e 1st day back 2 school after our exams n our 3-day weekend,by going on a reasonably OK tour in singapore...not really e whole of singapore,but harbourfront,jurong,n sum other places..there will finally b pictures in dis post...it was kinda ok but den omg..lemme tell u e haze was damn dumb...n stupid...n e weather was so humid n idiotic..n it was really a bitch..everything was so hot,n sunny,n we were in our school uniforms!!!how bad is dat?!?!n omg...there were japanese tourists hu were there as well,n while we were being toasted in our school uniforms,they were wearing jackets!!!!!JACKETS 4 HEAVEN'S SAKE!!i was feeling hot 4 dem...damn...dunno how they cud tahan..anyway,as if e weather wasnt hot enough,our coch dat took us ard,was also so bloody hot!!!e aircon wasnt even on properly..damn..ok ill juz show u e pics now... oh yeah...take note of e haze..there is 1 building which looks like a whole set of different sized nail buffers or sumthin...kinda cool..we also took a bumboat ride along e singapore river n we took e cable car 2 harbourfront from...um...i cant remember e place...but yeah..cable car ride was kinda scary..however,e cable car ride n hong kong's ocean park was even scarier cuz of e ravines we had 2 pass,n e mountains we had 2 fly up...singapore is so flat..its not funny..but anyway,it was audrey's 1st time on e cable car...n she didnt really enjoy it cuz we were all scared of falling..-_- but anyway,it was funn hahahaha

OK EVERYBODY!!!! on sunday, denise, mummy n e 3 musketeers (us duh..) was SUPPOSED 2 go 2 e botanic gardens... however, due 2 indecisiveness, which runs in our family, (unfortunately got passed down 2 me) we decided last min 2 watch a show in tm since we were there anyway.. so, we wanted 2 watch Monster House.. but it wasnt showing anymore 4 dat day.. so we decided 2 watch... Dis post is dedicated, in loving memory, 2 sum1 whom i really miss... 2 my grandmother nano...

Her friends, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, were left behind wen nano passed on friday, on e 9th of june 2006.. she is dearly missed by every1 hu has ever met her, and its very hard 2 forget her.. she has made a very big impact on my life, n im sure 2 all e ppl she has met in her lifetime. she was definately wad i wud call generous.. because she wud always b ready 2 give us advice even wen we didnt think we needed it.. she loved us all so so much n she cared abt wad we were doin, n wad we ate 4 lunch on occasional days.. she wud call at least once every 2 days, n always ask wad every1 was doin, in our case, wad jane cooked 4 lunch n dinner. she wud also give us tips on wad side dish 2 cook wif whatever main dish we were having dat day... whenever she called, she wud ask how we were doin wif our schoolwork, n ask us 2 study, n wad our results were like. she wud also light a candle 4 each of her grandchildren wen they were having their exams... her love 4 us was never absent, n was always there even though she seemed tough at times. she cared 4 us, in many different ways, n wen she did get angry, it was all 4 e right reasons.. she was a grand lady in her life, n even though i wasnt very close 2 her until juz before she was admitted into e hospital, i miss her so so much now, n i wish dat she cud come back, so dat i cud tell her dat i love her. i regret having been so far away, n now dat she is gone, e guilt is overwhelming. i never knew i wud miss her dis much...

so nano, if ur reading dis, im sorry dat u had 2 go, but also glad cuz u can b reunited once again wif ur husband n live peacefully forever in heaven. im sorry 4 sumtimes sounding impatient on e fone cuz i wanted 2 watch a certain show, n im sorry if there never was any closeness between us cuz i cud haf tried harder.. i will never forget u n will always love u, miss u n keep u in my thoughts n prayers.

omg u noe.... i feel like such a pathetic blogger!!! i haf no pics, nothing interesting 2 say, n uh... ya... dats pretty much it... anyway, im juz gonna tell u wad happened over e span of my weekend... i juz had my grade 5 theory exam on saturday at the Amara hotel... boy dat place is so kool!!!! e pool was soooooooo nice!!! omg i juz felt like jumping into it... seriously... e water was CRYSTAL clear... it was almost cyan!!! the lifts were also pretty kool cuz there were lights on the doors... if e lift was closing e light was orange, n if e lift was opening, den e light was green!!! isnt dat ever so fun!!! hahahahaha ok anyway, my grade 5 theory exam... hmmmm... im expecting a 98 over a 100.... but if i dun get dat high, a distinction wil do... n another piece of good news is dat my piano teacher said dat after my exam, if i practise well n perform well 4 her..... SHE WILL LET ME SKIP GRADE 6 PRACTICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dat means, i dun haf 2 play in front of e examiner.... yup!!!!! so, den i wil b doin grade 6 theory n grade 7 practical!!!!!!! ISNT DAT EVER EVER EVER SO FUN!!!!!!! i seriously cant stand it!!!! now, all i haf 2 do is wait in anxiety n suspense 4 my grade 5 results... stress!!! hahahahahaha. im also gonna cut my hair these hols.... yup.... im gonna cut it shoulder length, thin it a little... cut a fringe n layer it!!! hahahahahahaha okok.... if anything interesting happens i will let u noe!!! or if i think they r interesting... hahahaha keep looking!!! oh man has it been tiring!! skool is being annoying cuz e teachers r being annoying... they give homework lyk it nobody's business... they r overloading us cuz i dun think they care abt our welfare... n e other time, 4 social studies... i wil not name teachers.. but juz cuz a few ppl didnt do their homework... i mean, they did it... but since she has high standards, she counts not filling up e contents page in ur current affairs journal as incomplete work... juz cuz a few ppl didnt lyk finish it her way, she made e whole class stand up, take everything out from under our desks, n bring it back home. we actually had e privilege of keeping our books under our desks... e skool actually didnt allow it but we still did it so ya... they kinda closed 1 eye... so she said dat dat privilege was gone n she also said dat electricitywas a privilege.. n u noe wad she did?!?!?! she turned off e lights n fans!! yup... e nerve of her... den she kept lecturing us... n stuff... n dat day, e girl guides n e st johns ppl had camp... so how e hell were they supposed 2 carry their books back on a sunday after a weekend of camp??? well, they had no choice... n she also said dat she is gonna pass a class list around all our subject teachers, n if they name sum1 infamous, dat person wil b suspended on votes... among our subject teachers... already our class is infamous cuz of our name.. 3/5... e last express class in sec 3... n we wil b e last express class in sec 4... so y does she need 2 make it even worse 4 us?? i mean we make mistakes n we r still human beings rite? i seriously dun think its fair... our A. maths teacher said he is also getting annoyed wif our class.. n a few other subject teachers r also getting annoyed wif our class. yup... our poor class chairman is so poor thing cuz she has 2 bear e brunt of our sins... n i m e person in charge of environment in our class, so if e class is dirty or untidy, i wil get e scolding... n dis social studies teacher, is super particular about cleanliness... yup... our poor form teacher, already has no say in whatever e other teachers r deciding even tho he is our form teacher cuz they all think dat he cannot control our class... we r so noisy, dat e neighbouring classes' parents haf called up e skool 2 inform dem dat her child cannot study cuz of us!!! isnt dat so irritaing??? e other teachers r taking over n our form teacher has no say in anything anymore... yup... hopefully, things wil improve.
